Passion Unleashed: A Story of Inspiration and Creativity


Life has taken me on a roller-coaster ride, navigating through the challenges of chronic health issues, relationship setbacks, and career failures. In the midst of it all, my passionate spirit yearned for direction, a purpose that would ignite my inner fire.

At the age of 18, while battling hormonal imbalances that left me fatigued and emotionally unstable, my fascination with holistic health began. I embarked on a quest to heal my body, seeking sustainable approaches to wellness and a diet that would restore balance. However, this journey initially led me down a perplexing path, entangled in conflicting health advice, intricate food supply chains, and a one-size-fits-all approach to well-being.

What I truly craved was a work schedule that nurtured my mental health, a diet that supported my body, and a lifestyle that fostered personal growth.

Fortuitously, in my early 20s, I discovered the realms of fitness, nutrition, and herbalism. I eagerly experimented with countless fad diets and fitness regimens, each one offering a unique insight into the effects on my energy levels. By my late 20s, I delved deeper into becoming a Western Herbalist and a Yoga/Fitness instructor, all while exploring various therapeutic embodiment practices. Gradually, a robust movement practice emerged, intertwining dance, yoga, and functional fitness. It was through this blend of disciplines that my creativity blossomed, as I finally began piecing together the puzzle of my passion.

In parallel to my wellness journey, I also immersed myself in the world of music and events. As an Event Organizer and DJ for several years, I honed my skills in crafting captivating soundscapes, curating experiences that stir emotions and move bodies.

Our journey through life equips us with tools to overcome the challenges that lie ahead. It is this realization that propelled me into coaching, driven by a desire to share the transformative tools that have profoundly impacted my own life.

Drawing from years of dedicated study and immersion in diverse techniques, my practice revolves around nurturing the harmony between mind and body. Over a decade, I have provided wellness instruction through yoga, somatic movement practices, and nutrition, both in one-on-one sessions and group settings, ranging from corporate headquarters to tranquil wellness retreats. Now, I aim to continue sharing the knowledge and practices that have proven effective for me.
